Mitchell and Friends Trivia Night 2024

We're excited to announce The Mitchell and Friends Trivia Night - Rare Things Edition 2024! Help us increase awareness of Mitchell Syndrome and raise money to support families and research into this ultra-rare neurological disease.

• WHEN AND WHERE: The event is at The Moolah Shrine Center on Fee Fee Rd. in West County St. Louis, MO, on Saturday, September 7. Doors open at 5:30 pm, and trivia starts at 6:30 pm. (Check out the Moolah HERE.)

• "RARE THINGS EDITION": In honor of Mitchell Syndrome, an ultra-rare disease with only 30 known cases around the world, this year's event will feature eight rounds of "Rare Things"--rare events, rare feats, rare performances, rare objects, and rare, never-before-seen footage of Mitchell Herndon. We'll also provide an update on The Mitchell and Friends Foundation and research into possible treatments.

• COST PER TABLE: Build your team of 8 and reserve a table for $240, or $30 per person. (To avoid online purchase fees, contact info@mitchellandfriends.org to reserve your table and coordinate payment.) If you have a PARTIAL TEAM or would like to PAY INDIVIDUALLY, you can do so by clicking the "INDIVIDUAL SPOT" option on the payment page. We’ll make sure you have a team to play on!

• ROUND AND TABLE SPONSORSHIPS: We need sponsors! Sponsor a TABLE for $100, sponsor a ROUND for $300, or sponsor BOTH for $375 and save $25! (Please note that sponsoring a table is NOT THE SAME as reserving a table for your team.)

• PRIZES: Prizes are awarded to first- and second-place trivia victors and to teams dressed with the most FLARE! (Rhymes with "rare.")

• FOOD AND DRINK: Bring your own food AND drink/alcohol. No popcorn allowed. (Or glitter, but we don't think you'll be eating glitter.)

• RAFFLE AND AUCTION DONATIONS: We'd love to auction or raffle off your gift basket, lottery board, special quilt, forged sword, historic relic, vacation getaway, professionally-framed nature shot, night on the town, prized comic book, theater or sporting event tickets, or WHATEVER. Please contact info@mitchellandfriends.org with details. Gift-in-kind receipts available for tax purposes.

• PROCEEDS: All proceeds from the 2024 Mitchell and Friends Trivia Night will go towards our 2024 fundraising goal of $120,000 to help support families and fund research at Washington University and Houston Methodist Hospital, which are investigating Mitchell Syndrome and possible treatments into this disease.
